Brandon Powell, Wim Hof Method Instructor

Brandon is a professional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Self Defense and Functional Fitness coach.  He owns and operates a dojo in Charlotte, NC. 

Brandon became certified in the Wim Hof Method with the first group of U.S. instructors learning directly from Wim.  “The Wim Hof Method had a tremendous impact on my life.  The empowering results helped me realize that so many people can benefit from this practice.  I took advantage of the opportunity presented by Wim and the Innerfire team to become an instructor.  Its an honor to help Wim teach his method and message of health, happiness, strength and love!”

what can I expect?

Our seminar will include all elements of the Wim Hof Method foundation training and will be accompanied by music and a Q&A.

what should I bring?

There will be some physical movement and an ice bath. It is advisable to do the WHM well hydrated** and on an empty stomach, but if that is uncomfortable, a light meal 2-3 hours prior to the session is ok. Please bring: athletic wear, swim suit, flip flops, 1 or 2 towels, light sweatshirt, plastic bag (for your wet belongings), and achange of clothes.

No experience is necessary and we will be diving right into an active practice.
