Every 3 minutes x 3 sets

Double Kettlebell Bent over Row x 8 reps

Double Kettlebell Clean x 8 reps

Double Kettlebell Front Squat x 8


C.: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Five Sets:

2 minute AB/ Row/ Run for Cals / Distance

1 minute Low Step up

**Goal is to Slow Down breathing during Step ups and maintain same score in AB/Row/Run Each Round**
