B. : Metcon (Time)

Teams of two complete Three Rounds each (6 Rounds Total) of

10 Burpees

15 Thrusters (Barbell or Dumbbell)

20 Sit ups
**While your P1 is Working on Their Round P2 is Holding Plank on Elbows, If P2 stops plank P1 stops their work etc..***
