  • CrossFit

    CrossFit is a training program that builds functional strength and conditioning with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. We utilize everything from the basic (but all important) air squat to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level.

    We train your body to be capable of taking on any physical challenge life throws at you. No matter your current fitness level, you’ll find it challenging and rewarding. Our dedicated coaches ensure every session is tailored to meet your needs.

  • Private Foundations

    Our CrossFit 101 program is an informational and instructional course designed for anyone new to CrossFit. In our Foundations sessions, we slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. Foundations is designed to ensure your success and to give the coaches an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey.

    We offer this program in 5 sessions, 1 hour /each, planned and scheduled around your time in order to offer flexible options.

  • Personal Training

    If you, like many other athletes, have reached a plateau or at least may not be making the type of progress you would like to be making, then consider joining us for a one-on-one training session. These sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals – especially when the WOD is just not enough to get you to where you want to be.

    Sign up for our personal training sessions where one of our world-class coaches will work with you to help define your goals and blow them out of the water. Each 1 hour session is designed just for you with a set of eyes on you at all times to ensure you’re getting value out of every one of those 60 minutes.

  • Running Club (Spring & Fall Sessions)

    Our running club meets 2x a week for 8-10 weeks, usually leading into a race. The Running Club is a CrossFit Endurance based class designed to prepare all levels of athletes to compete in everything from 5k races to long duration adventure/endurance events. When it comes to endurance or obstacle course race prep, we are simply the best. This class provides excellent running instruction combined with body weight movements and physical obstacles to build lean muscle mass, and teach superior efficiency in movement cycle to create fast, durable, long-lasting athletes.

  • Weightlifting 101

    O’Hare CrossFit’s Weightlifting 101 is an introductory level class dedicated to Olympic weightlifting. We have found that the most successful CrossFit athletes have built a strong technical foundation in the 2 main lifts — the snatch, and the clean and jerk. This eight week program follows set cycles at a basic level to prepare athletes to enter our Advanced Weightlifting Club. Athletes must attend 12 of the 16 classes and be proficient in the basic movements to graduate to our advanced level. These classes are great whether you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength for CrossFit, or wanting to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.

  • Advanced Olympic Weightlifting

    Our Olympic weightlifting class is perfect for experienced weightlifters or graduates of the Weightlifting 101 program, looking to increase raw strength or even compete. Form and technique are emphasized then put to work to improve movement proficiency and ingrain kinesthetic awareness as strength numbers increase. This class builds efficient, powerful athletes and is suitable for the beginner to the most experienced athletes.
