OLY Warm Up


Loving the new OLY warm up in class that I’ve applied it to my daily routine myself.

I have been solely focused on Weightlifting for the past 8 months and it’s been nice to add this dynamic warm up to get loose and ready to move a bar around, especially on those early mornings when my body is just waking up. This whole routine takes less than 3 minutes and it’s in addition to any activation and technique work with a light barbell prior to adding any weight.
