ANGELO SISCO

OWNER, HEAD COACH

For Angelo, coaching is his life’s work. He has faced hardship when it came to his own health and fitness. He managed to turn his life around, and continues to make progress. Towards the start of his fitness journey, Angelo dedicated himself to losing weight. He went on to lose 100 lbs in 7 months with CrossFit and proper nutrition. During this time, he found a passion for motivating others to pursue their fitness goals, and aspired to become a trainer. He quickly found that the environment of the hard-sell and peddling supplements was not the approach he wanted to take, but instead, wanted to provide a valuable, sustainable service — in the same way that he worked toward his personal fitness goals. Fast forward, and today he is proud to call O’Hare CrossFit his home, where anyone who is looking for a change, and willing to put in the work is welcomed into a supportive community.

Becca Chilczenkowski

COACH, NUTRITION COACH

Becca was an athlete throughout her youth, playing soccer and basketball then going on to receive All American Honors in soccer in college. After her collegiate career came to an end, there was an element missing in her life that fulfilled her competitive side until she found CrossFit. She knew it was something she wanted to be better at and gave it everything she had from the first day. CrossFit made such an impact in her life that she hopes to provide others with the same positive, life-fulfilling experience she had. Becca loves food and has a passion for nutrition. Through CrossFit and nutrition coaching, she hopes to provide her athletes with the opportunity to feel their very best.

Rocio Sisco

COACH

Rocio was an athlete throughout her life, playing four years of basketball, three years of volleyball and four years of collegiate level soccer, but found herself always struggling with weight. With CrossFit, she was able to drop 60 lbs and see her purpose as a coach helping others achieve their personal goals.

Susie Castro

COACH

Susie was never an athlete in any sense of the word. Preferring to play it safe throughout her school years she discovered running as a form of exercise and an outlet for stress as an adult. After countless years and many races, she grew bored of the monotony that came from running and at the insistence of her brother decided to give O’Hare CrossFit a try. Since then she has never looked back and has gained strength she never thought possible and discovered resilience within herself. She is now excited to be able to help athletes as a coach so they can find the power within themselves.

Jeffrey Arias

COACH

Jeffrey Arias has been involved in the fitness industry since 2010 additionally he played sports all his life.  His journey has been full of exploration with all different fitness modalities from football to dancing, from group fitness instructor to becoming a coach.   Right after graduating College and discovering about Spartan Race and failing the rope climb, he decided to immerse himself in CrossFit and learn to rope climb techniques.   In 2013 he received his CrossFit L1, and since then he has received over 50 certifications, and he has taken over 100 courses dedicated to improving his coaching in all different aspects.   Most recently, he achieved his CrossFit Trainer Certificate (Level 3). He enjoys sharing his knowledge to athletes and other coaches.

Sally Venturini

COACH

Well into age 40 before ever lifting a weight or touching a barbell, she tried CrossFit and fell in love with everything about it. Crossfit was something she wanted to make a permanent part of her life style. She pursued her level 1 certification as well as her gymnastics certification. Working with people and seeing them accomplish fitness goals and change their lifestyle to a fitness base healthy life was so rewarding. Working with children was another goal. Fitness and fun go hand and teaching children that fitness is a part of life is where she found her passion. The reward in teaching children is priceless.
