Our aim is for you to significantly increase how much you squat, deadlift and bench in 6 weeks.

That’s a bold goal!

But if you’re willing to put in the work and follow exactly what your coach programs, we expect you’ll be very pleased with how strong you become in 6. Imagine what it will feel like to finally get a major boost in your strength.

Also, did you know that training to build strength actually shreds fat and builds lean muscle? So, expect to lift more and look amazing!

Here’s what your 6 week training program includes:

  • Training program to develop total strength
  • A remote coach to guide you through the training
  • Initial Baseline Test so we can measure progress
  • 3 workouts each week. These can either supplement or replace your regular training.
  • Fitbot training software to track results of each workout
  • Video explanations from your coach for each movemen
