Top Down Single Leg Squat x 4-6/leg
Dumbbell Renegade Row x 8 Controlled Reps
Arch up w/ PVC x 15-20 reps
B. Every 3 minutes x 3 sets
Dumbell Burpee x 7 reps
Dumbell Hang Squat Clean x 7 reps
Dumbbell Push Press x 7 reps
C.  Every minute on the Minute x 24 minutes
Minute 1 – Double Kettlebell Front Squat x 6 reps  + 30s Plank on Elbows
Minute 2 – 10 Burpees
Minute 3 – 3-5 Strict pullups
x 8 rounds
