A. Three Sets:
Single Leg Romanian Deadlift w/ Trail Leg against Wall x 6-8/leg
Single Arm Farmer Carry x 50ft/arm
Weighted Situp x 12-15 reps
B.  Teams of 2, complete as many rounds & reps as possible in 30 minutes:
800m run (Switch every 200m)
15 Synchronized Squats (Overhead Squat 75-55# or Back Squat)
800m run (Switch every 200m)
30 Synchronized Situps
