A. Three Sets:
DB/KB Walking Lunge x 20 steps
Chin over Bar or Flexed Arm Hang Hold x 10-25s **Spotter if Necessary**
Side Plank x 30s/side
B. Teams of two, alternating complete rounds, perform 6 rounds each for time of:
400m Run
21 Kettlebell Swing 55/35#
12 Kipping Pullups or 8 Strict Pullups
If you are doing workout solo, rest = Work
