Strict Supinated Grip Pullup @3030 x 2-6 reps
Side Plank x 30 seconds / side
B. Teams of 2, alternate movements to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 24 minutes:
3 Strict Handstand Pushups
6 Strict Pullups
9 Knees to Elbows
12 Russian Kettlebell Swings
15 Cal Row
P1 HSPU P2 Pullups P1 K2E P2 KBS etc..
