A. Three Sets:
Face Pull x 12-15 reps
Double DB/KB Romanian Deadlift @22X1 x 10-12 reps
Army Crawl x 10 steps Forward + 10 Steps Backward
B.  Teams of 2, alternating Full Rounds, Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes:
3 Kettlebell Swings 55/35#
3 Box Jump over 24/20”
3 Wall Ball 20/14#
6 Kettlebell Swings 55/35#
6 Box Jump over 24/20”
6 Wall Ball 20/14#
9 9 9, etc…
**Partners alternate full rounds. Partner 1 will do 3-3-3, then Partner 2 will do 3-3-3 etc.***
