Hip Muscle Snatch x 3 reps
Muscle Snatch from Above knee x 3 reps
Muscle Snatch from Ground x 3-5 reps
B. Muscle Snatch  – 12 minutes to Build to Heavy Single or Technique Work
C. Three Sets:
DB Reverse Curl x 10-12 reps
Banded Tricep KickBack x 10-12 reps
D.  “Under Pressure”
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes
7 Burpee Box Jump over 24/20”
14 American Kettlebell Swing 70/55#
E. Decompression
