Congratulations to everyone who participated in the open!

We are beyond proud as coaches of all of the members who participated in the CrossFit Open this year! Whether it was your first Open or your fifth, we know you gave it your all every workout and it was fun to watch.

Now that the Open is over, it’s a great time to revisit your goals you have for the next year! Are there things you want to work on? Maybe the rowing really got you in 17.4, or maybe the double unders were your stopping point on 17.5. Talk to one of the coaches about planning out how to get better at your weaknesses! Until next year!
