Introducing the Confidant Challenge: Got a “pal and confidant” at O’Hare CrossFit? Come workout with ‘em. The Challenge will be 4 weeks of exercise and nutrition at our gym that’ll get you looking and performing your best.

It’s fun. It provides accountability. And it allows us to show off what we do at O’Hare CrossFit by investing in your health for a full month.

You’ve “traveled down the road and back again”, now do CrossFit together.

Blanch, Dorothy, Sophia and Rose weren’t your typical friends. Well, this isn’t the typical bring-a-friend-week.

This is a full month of working out, dialing in your nutrition and measuring the progress. Here’s what you get with the Confidant Challenge:

  • Four weeks of membership in regular CrossFit Classes so you can experience a noticeable difference in the way you look and feel.
  • An extra coach at each class to work specifically with you so you never feel lost.
  • An individual Movement Assessment which pinpoints tight areas that could use some flexibility work. It also allows us to program your workouts in a way that keeps you safe.
  • Nutrition Consultation with our expert nutrition coach to dial in your eating so you get the best results.
  • Body Fat Scan with our high tech equipment so we can measure your progress.

The cost to join the Confidant Challenge is $50. Want to bring another friend? Then we’ll mark it down to $40/each.

Why would we give all this away for $50 when it typically cost $300? We know some of you will decide to join. And since you’re friends with someone here, you’re most likely just as amazing as our members. We want to fill our gym with amazing people!
