Our aim for the next 6 weeks is to help you burn body fat and develop lean muscle so you can finally achieve that toned look you’ve always wanted! This is no easy feat, but if you’re willing to put in the work both in and out of the gym, then we believe you will be very pleased with where you are at in 6 weeks. Imagine what it will feel like to finally love going shopping for clothes because you look great in everything!

This program will include strength development, but keep in mind that for you to look lean, you must have lean muscle to help burn that fat! So don’t think these weights will make you bulky. If you keep your nutrition in check, then the lifting will only help shred that fat away.

Here is what your 6-week training program includes:

  • Training program to help develop lean muscle mass and burn fat.
  • A remote coach to guide you through the training.
  • Initial Baseline Test so we can measure progress.
  • 3 workouts each week, which can either supplement or replace your regular training.
  • Fitbot training software to track results of each workout.
  • Video explanations from your coach for each movement.

Equipment Requirements:
Dumbbells of varying weights
Something to step up onto (box, bench, or step)
Exercise Bands of varying resistance
